It had taken months for the results of my mum's tests to come through - we were told of her outpatient appointment 2 days before her appointment.
Suggested improvements
We came a long way through rush hour with my severely disabled mum - only to be told that everything was normal!
A totally unnecessary and difficult journey when we could have been told on the phone or by letter complete waste of ours and hospital time.
